Guest Experience Assistant Supervisor

Your duties include but not limited to:
Customer Focus
- To lead and achieve service excellence to our visitors and tenants, and always strive to exceed expectations.
- Maintain good relationships with visitors and tenants to attain favourable feedback
People
- Demonstrate a pleasant and polite disposition at all times
- Demonstrates Core Values to create and maintain an environment that ensures positive and cooperative working relationships with team/peer, management, tenants and visitor.
Operational
- Set departmental objective and work schedules
- Train and guide team in managing and solving customer queries/feedback in a timely manner
- Monitor the appearance, standards and performance of the Concierge team members with an through on training and teamwork
- Ensure all team members have current knowledge of the products and services.
- Ensure all team members adhere to policies, procedures and public safety guidelines
- Support marketing teams campaigns
- Monitor, review and improve concierge workflow and SOP
You must have 3-5 years experience in a similar capacity with a passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service. Excellent grooming standard is a must have. You must also be a highly motivated individual and able to take initiative, organised, manage pressure and be able to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks. Essential to the role is excellent proficiency in English, able to work on shifts and public holidays.
