APAC Finance Business Services Team is seeking a highly motivated **Accounts Payable (AP), Specialist / Associate - **to support the **Singapore Market **and** **our team in providing quality service to our Finance stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**

The** AP Specialist / Associate **will report to the AP Service Delivery Lead. Based in Malaysia, the AP Specialist / Associate will focus on executive of AP related processes e.g. supplier creation, invoice matching and payment.

Primary:

- Perform 3-way match in the Inventory Warehouse System for all incoming invoices for the different warehouses across Singapore
- Recording of invoice in the Accounting system
- Ensure accuracy of invoices and outgoing payments
- Keep track of all expenditures and outgoing payments
- Other AP related processes
- Continuous improvement of the end-to-end Accounts payable process
- Ad-hoc finance or administrative support to the finance team

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-4 years experience of post qualification experience in an audit firm, or inhouse role.
- Diploma or Bachelor degree required in Accounting, Finance or another relevant field
- Proficient in Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables, vLookups etc.)
- Previous experience in Shared Service Center or retail business is a plus
- Previous experience in SAP or other ERP is preferred
- Proficient in Chinese is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure, detail-oriented and employs a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Team player with an ability to function effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- **Open to fresh grads but need to have internship experience in audit firms**
