Key Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • General Administration: Oversee general administration to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • HR Functions: Support HR functions, including maintaining employee records and personal files, managing attendance tracking and leave management, handling staff claims and reimbursements, and ensuring compliance with office policies and procedures.
  • Building Maintenance and Facilities Management: Manage building maintenance and facilities to guarantee a secure and efficient workplace.
  • Licensing Renewal and Compliance: Handle factory licenses renewal, workplace safety compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Occupational Health and Safety Standards: Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety standards.
  • Company Vehicles Management: Manage company vehicles, including maintenance and scheduling, road tax and insurance renewal.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in HR and administration.
  • Knowledge of building maintenance, safety compliance, and licensing.
  • Familiarity with HR processes, employee records, and claims management.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
