Trade Marketing Executive

We are seeking a skilled Trade Marketing Executive to join our team at KMT Jaya Sdn Bhd. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for executing trade marketing plans and campaigns to achieve sales objectives and enhance market share.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the FMCG industry and be able to coordinate and implement trade marketing activities such as in-store promotions, displays, and events. You will also support the creation and distribution of trade marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and merchandising tools.

In addition, you will conduct market research to gather insights on target customers, competitor activities, and industry trends. This information will be used to inform trade marketing strategies and initiatives.

You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of trade marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring and controlling trade spending, including consumer promotions and trade deals.

Maintaining relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers is crucial in this role. You will provide support, training, and customized incentives to these partners to drive business growth.

To succeed in this position, you must be able to track and analyze the performance of trade marketing campaigns, providing detailed reports and recommendations for improvements.

This role requires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. You must be able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience in trade marketing or a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry, is essential. Fluency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, with Korean language skills being an added advantage.
