Responsibilities
  • Manage delivery schedules to minimize transportation costs.
  • Liaise with forwarders for POs, DOs, and Customs Declarations.
  • Ensure accurate updating of supplier invoices/packing lists.
  • Prepare Delivery Order checklists for verification and ensure all details are correct.
  • Email Invoices and Delivery Orders to forwarders for delivery arrangement.
  • Issue outgoing declarations (OD) to forwarders for application for Customs Declaration.

The successful candidate will also assist with Sales Coordinator duties, including:

  • Liaising with suppliers/customers, preparing delivery schedules, expediting delivery, and monitoring overdue POs.
  • Planning weekly/monthly sea shipments for overseas suppliers/customers to ensure minimized shipping costs.
  • Following up on reject/shortage replacements.
  • Monitoring inventory levels to minimize stock levels at all times.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in any field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Shipping/Logistics, Sales Coordinator or Sales Admin.
  • Hands-on experience in liaising with forwarders for POs, DOs, and Customs Declarations.
  • Knowledgeable in B/L (Bill of Lading), ZB1/ZB2, M1/M2, K1/K2/K3 an added advantage.
