We are seeking a highly skilled Candidate to support our corporate and real estate practice areas. The successful individual will assist with drafting agreements, conducting due diligence, and providing advisory services to clients on corporate governance and regulatory compliance. This role offers diverse exposure to both corporate legal work and real estate transactions, making it ideal for candidates looking to develop expertise in these fields.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and review agreements related to corporate transactions and real estate.
  • Conduct legal due diligence for corporate acquisitions, property transactions, and investment deals.
  • Provide legal advisory services to clients on corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
  • Handle real estate transactions, including sale and purchase agreements, tenancy agreements, and property financing.
  • Conduct legal research and assist in preparing legal opinions.
  • Liaise with clients, government authorities, and financial institutions on corporate and property matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from a recognized university.
  • Licensed to practice law in Malaysia.
  • 2 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law and/or real estate matters.

Skills:
  • Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
