We are seeking a highly skilled Hospitality Sales Lead to join our team in WP Kuala Lumpur.

Job Role

This is a full-time on-site role that requires managing sales activities, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives
  2. Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to drive promotional activities and participate in industry events and exhibitions
  4. Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and tactics

Essential Requirements:

  • Sales strategy development and implementation skills
  • Client relationship management and sales target achievement abilities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in the hospitality industry or related field
  • Knowledge of property investment, development, and management
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or relevant field
