Role Summary:

Businesslist is seeking a highly skilled Regional Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and increasing sales revenue.

About the Job:

You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, as well as expanding existing client relationships. Your primary objective will be to drive sales growth and exceed performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet sales targets and improve overall business performance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including product training, technical support, and after-sales service.
  • Travel extensively to meet with clients, attend industry events, and participate in sales meetings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a related industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
