About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Regional Account Growth Specialist to join our team at AnyMind Pte. Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and adoption of our AI-powered Live Commerce Platform across Southeast Asia (SEA).

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and retention
  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to close deals
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and tactics
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to identify areas for improvement and implement changes

About You:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional SEA language is a plus
