About the Job

CleverTap is seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join its team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base through strategic sales and account management initiatives.

Your Main Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  3. Develop and execute customized sales strategies to meet customer needs and preferences.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
  5. Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Essential Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in SaaS sales or a related field.
  2. Proven track record of success in sales and account management.
  3. Strong understanding of sales principles, negotiation techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Proficiency in English and Malay languages.
