Regional Account Growth Specialist

CleverTap is seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join its team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base through strategic sales and account management initiatives.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute customized sales strategies to meet customer needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in SaaS sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales and account management.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, negotiation techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English and Malay languages.
