Job Overview:
  • We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to join our team at Pintas IP Group.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales and Marketing Strategies: Brainstorm, develop, and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies for new lead generation, utilizing both online and offline channels.
  2. Cold Calling and Business Development: Assist in cold calling and business development activities to drive sales growth.
  3. Social Media Management: Manage social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter) and create engaging posts to increase brand visibility.
  4. Marketing Materials Design: Design marketing materials like cards, newsletters, brochures, and emails to promote our products and services.
  5. Campaign Asset Creation: Collaborate with content teams to create engaging campaign assets that resonate with our target audience.
  6. Campaign Progress Monitoring: Monitor campaign progress and submit performance reports to inform future marketing strategies.
  7. Social Media Content Planning: Plan, create, schedule, and post social media content to maintain a strong online presence.
  8. Website Monitoring: Assist in website monitoring and implement improvements to enhance user experience.
  9. Additional Tasks: Perform additional tasks as directed by management to support the team's goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin as needed to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Education and Qualifications: Qualification with at least Pre-U/Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Marketing/E-Commerce/Business Administration, or equivalent qualifications; we also welcome candidates from other backgrounds to apply.

  • Communication and Organization: Strong communication, coordination, and organization skills to manage multiple tasks and projects.
