Job Description

This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing the onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration of new hires, including induction programs and training.

Key responsibilities include generating monthly attendance reports, leave management, payroll processing, and preparing statutory contributions to relevant authorities. Additionally, the incumbent will maintain and update employee records in compliance with data protection regulations, prepare employment-related documentation, and manage offboarding processes.

The ideal candidate will have at least a Diploma or above in a relevant field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and proficiency in Mandarin for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking individuals.
