Project Manager – Asia (Operations & Growth Initiatives)

The Role:

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Project Manager to lead regional operations and growth initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring business operations across multiple countries are streamlined, scalable, and aligned with Sedgwick's expansion strategy.

As a key partner to the CEO and country heads, you will manage diverse projects spanning business transformation, process optimization, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations & Change Management:
    • Lead regional operational projects, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and scalability.
    • Identify gaps in current operations and implement solutions to enhance productivity and service delivery.
    • Ensure alignment of country-level operations with Sedgwick's global and regional policies.
    • Manage risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements across markets, ensuring operational consistency.
  • Strategic Growth & Expansion Initiatives:
    • Work closely with the CEO and country heads to execute growth strategies including market expansion.
    • Develop and track KPIs for expansion projects, ensuring clear reporting on progress and impact.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on opportunities and challenges in the region.
  • Regional Stakeholder & PMO Governance:
    • Act as a bridge between country heads and regional leadership, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
    • Lead structured project governance and reporting mechanisms to provide visibility on key initiatives.
    • Work with the PMO and global teams to ensure project frameworks are aligned with Sedgwick's overall strategic direction.
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring clear timelines, risks, and mitigation plans.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, Finance, or a related field (PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus).
  • 7+ years of strong project management experience, particularly in operations, business transformation, or strategic expansion.
  • Proven ability to work regionally across multiple countries and navigate different cultural and regulatory environments.
  • Experience in corporate services, insurance, or financial services is highly desirable.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive change.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
