We are a dynamic team at Slasify Pte. Ltd., working remotely and serving businesses worldwide through EOR & payroll services.
We are looking for a talented Business Development Manager to join our team. This individual should possess excellent networking skills and a proven track record in building strong business relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesThis role involves:
- Fostering relationships with key decision-makers.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports in our CRM system.
- Nurturing a network of small and mid-size business owners.
- Identifying and establishing potential channel partners.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B business development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Fluency in English (business level). Mandarin Chinese is an asset.
In addition to the qualifications above, it would be beneficial if you have:
- Familiarity with HRM software or systems.
- Experience selling Payroll, PEO, EOR, or Employee Benefits services.
- Prior experience working in a startup environment.
- Remote working experience.
