About Our Team

We are a dynamic team at Slasify Pte. Ltd., working remotely and serving businesses worldwide through EOR & payroll services.

We are looking for a talented Business Development Manager to join our team. This individual should possess excellent networking skills and a proven track record in building strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

This role involves:

  • Fostering relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports in our CRM system.
  • Nurturing a network of small and mid-size business owners.
  • Identifying and establishing potential channel partners.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B business development.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Fluency in English (business level). Mandarin Chinese is an asset.
Desirable Qualifications

In addition to the qualifications above, it would be beneficial if you have:

  • Familiarity with HRM software or systems.
  • Experience selling Payroll, PEO, EOR, or Employee Benefits services.
  • Prior experience working in a startup environment.
  • Remote working experience.
