We are seeking a skilled Global Helpdesk Analyst to join our team. As a Helpdesk Analyst, you will provide technical voice support to end users and ensure that their issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide assistance to end-users on various technical issues. This includes troubleshooting and resolving problems related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.

You will work closely with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and escalate when necessary. Your expertise in remote assisting tools will help you to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues remotely.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Computer Network/ Engineering or any related studies is required. In addition, you should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
