Position Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Deposit Growth Strategist to join our team and lead the development of our SME business. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in business-to-consumer sales to drive deposit growth and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Pursue and capitalize on business opportunities to drive deposit growth and achieve fee-based income targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-value customers, ensuring their financial needs are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive business outcomes and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business-to-consumer sales with a strong proven track record.
  • Excellent business acumen, proactive, and highly motivated individual.
  • Results-driven personality with strong communication skills.
  • Fluency in multiple languages/dialects is an asset.
