Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Talent Recruit. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to Customer Inquiries

You will be the first point of contact for our customers, responding promptly to their inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media. Your excellent communication skills and ability to think on your feet will enable you to resolve issues efficiently and professionally.

Assist with Order Tracking and Delivery Status Updates

You will work closely with our logistics team to ensure that orders are processed and delivered accurately and on time. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help you manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize urgent matters.

Handle Product Return and Exchange Requests

You will be responsible for processing product returns and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner. Your problem-solving skills and ability to empathize with customers will help you resolve complex issues and provide solutions that meet their needs.

Resolve Post-Purchase Complaints and Issues

You will be the primary contact for customers experiencing post-purchase issues. Your strong communication skills and ability to think critically will enable you to resolve complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.

Maintain High-Level Product Knowledge

To better assist customers with post-purchase queries, you will need to maintain a high level of product knowledge. You will participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge and stay up-to-date with product information.

Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills

You must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Strong Problem-Solving Skills

You will need to think critically and solve problems efficiently to resolve customer issues and concerns.

Ability to Work under Pressure

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Your ability to remain calm and composed under pressure will enable you to deliver exceptional results.

Basic Computer Skills

You will need to have basic computer skills to use our CRM system and other software applications to perform your duties.
