Role Overview

The Sales Director will drive sales growth, build strong customer relationships, and develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of business plans to achieve sales targets and oversee teams of sales managers and account managers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to deliver volume and profit goals, and provide clear external engagement plans and tactics.
  • Responsible for sales forecast, improve forecast accuracy, analyze sales pipeline and results, and provide rolling 12 months forecast in demand planning.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Channel leader or in a similar sales leadership role.
  • Experience in sales segment, understand sales planning, wide network in the B&C industry.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
  • Ability to travel as required.
