**Job Description:

The Finance Manager Assistant role is a key position within our finance team, supporting the Financial Manager in various financial management procedures.

**Responsibilities and Tasks:

  1. Assist the Financial Manager in accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting tasks.
  2. Process customer payments, issue invoices, and send reminders to manage revenue collection and minimize outstanding balances.
  3. Record and centralize financial data to prepare accurate financial statements, including balances of accounts, income statements, and balance sheets.
  4. Verify the accuracy of accounting entries and report any discrepancies to the Financial Manager.
  5. Process invoices, perform bank reconciliations, and maintain accurate records.
  6. Carry out daily and monthly closings, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and accounted for.
