We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Operations Director to join our team at Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn Bhd. As an HR Operations Director, you will be responsible for formulating and developing HR strategies that enable the company to attract, support, retain, and develop diverse talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement effective HR initiatives that drive business outcomes.
  • To supervise and manage the recruiting team, providing guidance and coaching to ensure excellent performance.
  • To coordinate with department Division Heads to forecast future hiring needs and ensure seamless integration of new talent into the organization.
