C AH (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to drive strategic initiatives in compensation and benefits, while working closely with the Head of Total Rewards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the annual compensation review, promotion, and bonus cycles. You will prepare communications, data, and working files, analyze results, liaise with stakeholders, consolidate reports, and provide recommendations for improvements.

This role requires expertise in payroll administration services delivery and excellence. You will support Payroll team members in various tasks and analysis requirements and contribute to continuous improvements in policies and processes.

You will also be responsible for benefit administration, including data input, updates, liaison with external vendors, and responding to employees' queries related to the Group's multiple benefits plans.

A key aspect of this role is providing HR reporting and analytics support to the Payroll, HR Business Partners, or Group Chief HR Officer. You will generate periodic reports, FTE budget summaries, payroll details, and cost allocation ledgers as per standard requirements.

In addition, you will create ad-hoc reports and analyses on employee-sensitive information, such as executive compensation, market trends, and medical utilization.

This position involves handling confidential and sensitive matters related to compensation and benefits at the Group level, including issuing letters, coordinating proposals, and updating records.

You will serve as the primary contact person for dealings with external vendors, manage contracts, meetings, and email communications for HR.

As a Compensation and Benefits Manager, you will identify opportunities for improvement in the Group's HR policies and procedures.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field is required. A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Analytics or Rewards roles, preferably leading end-to-end annual compensation cycles and managing flexible benefits schemes, is essential.

Experience in complex short-term and long-term benefits plans, payroll end-to-end delivery, and HR Generalist roles is an added advantage.
