Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Business Excellence Director to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and implement automated tools to streamline billing and reporting processes.
  • Work with IT and process excellence teams to troubleshoot systems and introduce enhancements.
  • Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills in reporting and process improvement.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in finance and accounting work.
  • Strong spreadsheet navigation skills and proficiency in AWS and ERP systems management.
  • Bachelor's degree in a finance-related field, preferably with CPAs certification.
  • Passionate about finance and e-commerce industry.
