Responsibilities
  • The pace of digitalization in the logistic industry has accelerated more than before, and our ISM function plays a crucial role in ensuring the security and resiliency of our IT infrastructure and network.
  • You'll join our team as an IT Service Management Analyst and support various Strategic Programs & Initiatives across APAC region.
  • Your main responsibilities will include:
  1. Contributing to initiatives & projects aimed at improving IT service management policies, processes, procedures, work instructions, and tools.
  2. Delivering high-quality service, training, and guidance to the IT community on IT Service Management Suite of Tools (Global Service Now).
  3. Aiding in the promotion and communication of ITSM processes across DSC APAC.
  4. Ensuring seamless process adoption and compliance through effective communication and training.
  5. Generating reports based on established measures, metrics, and KPIs.
  6. Suggesting improvements related to processes, reporting, communication, training, and tools.
  7. Maintaining documentation and artifacts supporting IT service management processes.
