Administrative Support Specialist

Polymer Link Sdn. Bhd. is a leading company in the polymer compounding and rotational molding industry. Our team of experts has extensive experience in polymer manufacturing, project management, and size reduction technology.
We engineer advanced materials with high-performance attributes, including exceptional adhesion between the polymer matrix and fiber reinforcement, outstanding toughness, and superior resistance to hydrocarbons and flames.
As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our organization, including accounting and financial tasks, drafting, facility and operations support, graphic design, marketing, information processing, information management, mail, office administration, transportation, and technology.
Responsibilities- Coordinate meetings and appointments, plan events/meetings, order office supplies, maintain files, and handle expense reporting.
- Arrange domestic and international travel plans as required.
- Communicate and interact effectively with other managers in and out of the primary group.
- Assist in preparing presentation slides and business communications, including proof-reading.
- Assist in drafting and distributing investor communications, including press releases, presentations, and earnings reports.
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and events with investors, analysts, and key stakeholders.
- Manage databases and contact lists for investor relations.
- Monitor and research market trends and competitor activities to provide updates to senior management.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Teams, Audio & Visual technology, special event planning, including travel and expense administration.
- Ability to learn new processes quickly and share knowledge with the team.
- Clear and timely communication, flexibility, proactive logistics, and efficiency.
