Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Administrative Assistant to join our team In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, supporting the finance team, and liaising with external vendors and partners.

Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing and managing office supplies, inventory, and procurement of necessary materials, assisting in HR-related tasks, and providing support to the finance team. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including HR-related tasks and office supplies management.
  2. Assist in HR-related tasks, such as recruitment coordination and employee onboarding.
  3. Provide support to the finance team with invoice processing, payment tracking, and petty cash management.
  4. Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and business partners as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in administrative or office management roles is also required.
