**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare, coordinate, and ensure all the tenancy, contact, management report, lease document, and agreement are in order
- Supervise the preparation and safekeeping of the tenancy contract and obtain the necessary signatory and stamp
- Coordinate administrative matters with BD and Project Team
- Follow up on tenancy agreement, contract renewal, and signature arrangement
- Execute all administrative duties to be done in accordance and all correspondence is well documented
- Work closely with external lawyers to follow up on execution of the relevant agreement and prescribe countermeasure on legal risk in the lease/ tenancy agreement
- Oversee outlets on tenancy matters and assist in rental and utility payments.
- Ensure tenants adhere to the lease terms and follow up through execution to the opening of the store
- Support the business development department in market research and analysis
- Establish and maintain a good relationship with landlord, developer, and landowner, and negotiate equally as a key representative of the company
- Perform any other special projects/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management
**; Requirements: - Requirements**:
- Must possess a Degree in Property Management, Estate Management, Business Administration, or other related disciplines
- Minimum 1-year work experience in lease administration or tenant management (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- A valuable team player, responsible, committed, and able to work independently
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages as you are required to liaise with multiple languages-based landlords
- Meticulous, confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
