  • Assist in overseeing the sales team, ensuring that Sales Leads are on track to meet monthly and yearly targets.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of our operational locations and the coworking sector, be aware of local and regional competition, excel at building enduring relationships, act as a strong brand advocate, and strategize effectively for the next steps.

You will work closely with the Country Manager and each Community Manager to develop suitable pricing strategies for growth, profitability, and brand development. You will also assist in analyzing and understanding competitive actions and how we can enhance our offerings.
