Hiredly X is seeking a talented Revenue Development Lead to drive revenue growth and expand our market reach. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing effective strategies, and building strong client relationships. You will work closely with our sales team to negotiate and close deals, acquire new clients, and maintain existing client relationships.

About the Position

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs, as well as experience in market development, business development, and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing market trends, and developing effective strategies to drive business growth.

  • Develop accurate sales forecasts and track performance metrics.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of market development workflows such as power construction processes, international project information management, bidding management, contract management, etc.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, major in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in market development, business development, and driving revenue growth.
