We're looking for an experienced professional to join our team as an Associate Director, Revenue Performance (Lead Generation). In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies to drive lead generation for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing plans to achieve lead generation goals for client accounts.
  • Manage and oversee the work of a team of performance specialists, CRM specialists, data processing specialists, copywriters, and designers to ensure campaign success.
  • Forecast budget/CPL and timelines for campaigns, continuously monitoring performance and adjusting resources as needed.
  • Optimize campaigns to maximize margins, leveraging data analysis and insights to inform decision-making.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support to drive retention and growth.
  • Ensure timely billing of clients, maintaining accurate records and tracking progress towards targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve campaign performance and drive results.

**Requirements**

  • 6+ years of experience in user acquisition marketing, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in people management.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficient in CRM and marketing automation tools, including Hubspot and GA4.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
