Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-level customer satisfaction through effective customer development and retention strategies.
  • Provide product demonstrations and train customers on product usage.
  • Communicate new product information and promote expansion opportunities.
  • Promote products to increase or expand their usage among customers.
  • Pass on sales leads and competitive activity/threats to PSS for further follow-up.
  • Participate in medical workshops/trade exhibitions.
  • Conduct installation, testing, and commissioning of products.
  • Conduct periodic and refresher post-sales product training to operators/end users.
  • Conduct seminars and education programs for customers.
  • Primary point of contact on technical matters, collaborating closely with principal support and engineers/third-party technical service providers.
  • Ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment.
  • Attend to customer complaints promptly.
  • Provide Level 1 technical support and problem troubleshooting to customers.
  • Escalate unresolved problems to Level 2 support at principal partners and follow up until cases are resolved.
  • Provide periodic software upgrades and plan preventive maintenance of equipment.
  • Maintain records of case reports and instruments.
