After-sales Service Technical Support

Follow the relevant process specifications and operation objectives of regional technical support, be responsible for the technical support at the national service provider level, ensure the product after-sales maintenance ability at the national service provider level, and effectively support the local after-sales service related work.
- Organized the launch of new products and systematic local skills training, distribution management of maintenance fixtures, and network visit site support;
- Monitor and handle quality complaints from local users, follow up problem solving, reduce the impact of negative events, and improve user satisfaction.
- Assisted the quality Department to carry out EWP, RMA, and localized verification of batch quality faults, and provided quality improvement services.
- Monitor KPI indicators of after-sales maintenance technology of service providers, analyze abnormal phenomena, and gradually optimize them, so as to achieve the goal of improving service providers' maintenance capacity and reducing maintenance costs.
- Set up the national technology and training management system and improve the knowledge structure; Assist service manager to complete technical related business requirements;
- Have the ability to repair and disassemble mobile phones and household appliances.
Job Requirements
Bachelor DEGREE IN ELECTRONICS/COMMUNICATION/COMPUTER SCIENCE OR RELATED FIELD
Work experience: More than 2 years experience in after-sales technical service of mobile phone products or consumer electronic products; Understand the product after-sales maintenance process and common product fault identification analysis.
