Key Responsibilities

This role requires a high level of expertise in after-sales maintenance technology and quality control processes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Resolving quality complaints from local users and reducing the impact of negative events.
  • Carrying out EWP, RMA, and localized verification of batch quality faults.
  • Analyzing KPI indicators of after-sales maintenance technology of service providers.
  • Managing the national technology and training management system.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Communication, or Computer Science, along with over 2 years of experience in after-sales technical service for mobile phone products or consumer electronic products.
