Job Overview

This role requires an individual to oversee the entire training process from start to finish. We are looking for a candidate who is service-focused, self-driven, and eager to grow. The ideal candidate should have strong ownership and be able to execute tasks assigned timely.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training plans, schedules, and objectives for outlet staff to ensure effective training that meets company standards and goals.
  • Identify and assess company-wide training needs, adapting to evolving operational standards and employee competencies.
  • Create and deliver engaging training programs, including necessary aids and materials, to enhance employee skills and maintain consistent service standards.
  • Gather feedback from trainees after each session and use it to assess instructional effectiveness and impact on employee skills and KPIs.
  • Train team members to uphold best-in-class customer service standards, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Promote company values and a positive work culture through training and motivational initiatives that engage and inspire the team.
  • Evaluate all training and development plans to ensure alignment with company policies and operational goals.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on training plans, progress, and any operational issues impacting training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, Business Administration, or a related field
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a retail, food service, or customer service environment
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing training programs at multiple locations
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Self-motivation, accountability, and a passion for results
  • The ability to adapt quickly to new situations and be resourceful in a fast-paced environment
  • A growth mindset with a shared vision to drive business growth
  • Strong business acumen with adept problem-solving skills

Compensation Package

RM 5,000 - RM 7,000 per month
