Sales Training Program Manager

Axiata Digital Labs is seeking an experienced Sales Training Consultant to lead our sales enablement program for our B2B software company in the telecommunications industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a tailored sales training curriculum that aligns with our new go-to-market strategy and product offerings, ensuring our sales team has the necessary skills, knowledge, and tools to effectively sell our solutions.
- Create engaging training materials, including presentations, handouts, and interactive exercises, to facilitate effective learning and retention.
- Conduct in-depth training sessions on new sales collateral, including sales decks, playbooks, and battle cards, to equip our sales team with the latest information and best practices.
- Teach best practices for effectively communicating our value propositions and addressing customer pain points, ensuring our sales team can deliver compelling and relevant messages.
- Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions as needed, adapting our approach to meet the diverse needs of our sales team.
- Develop realistic sales scenarios that reflect common customer interactions and objections in the telecommunications industry, allowing our sales team to practice and refine their selling techniques.
- Conduct role-playing exercises to help sales team members improve their communication and negotiation skills, providing constructive feedback and coaching throughout the process.
- Implement assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of the training program and individual sales performance, enabling data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Education, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in sales training and education.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales training, preferably in the B2B technology or telecommunications sector, showcasing expertise and success in developing and delivering effective sales training programs.
- Proven track record of developing and delivering successful sales training programs, highlighting achievements and impact on sales performance.
- In-depth understanding of B2B sales methodologies and best practices, ensuring our sales team stays up-to-date with the latest strategies and techniques.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate adult learners, creating a dynamic and interactive learning environment.
