Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our growing sales force for Convene ESG, a digital ESG platform that helps regulated companies deliver compliant sustainability reports.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Malaysia Country Manager and be responsible for providing day-to-day hands-on sales execution, building key customer relationships, and managing pre-sales activities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day hands-on sales execution.
  • Build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals.
  • Manage pre-sales activities through product demonstrations, advising on bid preparation, support with product pricing, and realization of business plan targets.
  • Manage follow-up customer training and product implementation.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable sales experience.
  • Experience in demonstrating products to potential clients, including C-Suite representatives.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
