Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced professional to drive strategic partnerships and grow our business in the region. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing an assortment roadmap, researching prospective sellers, evaluating potential requirements, and proposing engagement strategies.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to onboard them as Lazada sellers.
- Fostering effective communication and adhering to company guidelines to ensure a positive image projection.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Experience working in offline seller conferences.
- Familiarity with the local industry landscape.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Chinese.
