This role involves leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of the digital platform using Salesforce.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire Salesforce project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Design and implement business processes that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Provide administrative support for Salesforce configuration, customisation, and management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Six years of experience in IT with at least two years of experience in Salesforce Application development in Sales/Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
  • Familiarity with System Development Life Cycle and Agile Software Development methodologies.
