Job Description

The successful candidate will develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote Company's properties and enhance branding and market positioning.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales and marketing initiatives to meet revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to determine feasibility and marketability of new products.
  • Implement event marketing strategies, including advertising, branding and marketing collateral, cross marketing, digital and social media, corporate communications, and issues management.
  • Analyze market trends in residential properties and consumer preferences, and conduct competitor and industry analyses.
  • Support direct sales staff by generating sales leads.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions to generate sales leads and enhance brand image.
  • Evaluate the performance of sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.

 

Requirements:

  • A minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum 5 years of working experience in a managerial position of Sales/Marketing, preferably in property development.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible and dynamic with the ability to think creatively to achieve objectives.
