Role Summary

The Head - Group Technology (Business Enablement) is a key leadership role that requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of business needs. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in software development with at least 5 years in a leadership role. They should have strong technical expertise in software development, hyperautomation, AI, cloud technologies, with experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with business leaders and external partners.

Main Responsibilities

Software Development and Hyperautomation
  1. Develop and Implement Enterprise Architecture: Develop and implement enterprise architecture that aligns with the organization's overall business objectives and priorities.
  2. Manage Software Development Lifecycles: Manage software development lifecycles, ensuring they deliver high-quality, efficient, and secure software applications.
  3. Implement IT Governance: Implement IT governance practices to ensure effective decision-making and risk management.
Artificial Intelligence and Cloud Technologies
  1. Develop and Implement AI Frameworks: Develop and implement AI frameworks that align with the organization's overall business objectives and priorities.
  2. Manage AI and Cloud Operations: Manage AI and cloud operations, ensuring they deliver high-quality, efficient, and secure AI and cloud-based solutions.
Managerial and Organizational Responsibilities
  1. Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring they deliver projects on time and within budget.
  2. Build Strategic Relationships: Build strategic relationships with external vendors and partners, representing the organization in negotiations and contract discussions.
  3. Foster a Culture of Continuous Learning: Foster a culture of continuous learning throughout the organization, encouraging experimentation and exploration of new technologies and approaches.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong technical expertise in software development, hyperautomation, AI, cloud technologies, with experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working collaboratively with business leaders and external partners.
