About this Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional to join our team and contribute to the development and implementation of effective maintenance strategies.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Maintenance Planning & Scheduling
    • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
    • Plan and schedule maintenance tasks based on equipment needs and production schedules.
  2. Work Order & Resource Allocation
    • Manage work orders and maintenance requests using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
    • Assign maintenance tasks to technicians and ensure proper allocation of resources.
  3. Spare Parts Management
    • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of critical spare parts.
    • Work with procurement teams to ensure timely ordering of required materials.
  4. Process Improvement
    • Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, recurring failures, and areas for improvement.
    • Assist in implementing reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) strategies.
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Maintenance Engineering.
5+ years of experience in maintenance planning, asset management, or engineering maintenance.
Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in CMMS software (SAP PM, Maximo, or similar).
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and industrial maintenance principles.
Knowledge of predictive maintenance techniques (vibration analysis, thermography, etc.).
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Reliability Engineering concepts.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
