Job Description

Automation Manager - Business Process Transformation

As an Automation Manager - Business Process Transformation, you will play a key role in driving digital transformation and process enhancement across the organization. Your primary focus will be on planning and executing business digitization, process enhancement, and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath and Excel VBA to improve business efficiency and operational processes.
  • Enhance the MyGM digital platform using Python and MySQL, and accommodate additional use cases or user requirements.
  • Develop and maintain existing Business Management digital platform, automation workflows, scripts, configuration, and documentation requirements.
  • Conduct testing and debugging of automation solutions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure continuity and enhancement of GM business-related system/trading platform/digital channel to accommodate business needs and flow.
  • Participate and coordinate group regional system/e-commerce/platform implementation.
  • Act as key personnel to safeguard process for GM's ID management and access controls.
  • Enhance procedure/process/system together with other support units (IT security/risk teams) to mitigate operational and conduct risks.
  • Liaise with IT/System related (Murex, IPC, etc.) and financial market data vendors (Bloomberg, Reuters, MarketAxess, etc.) to ensure vendors meet SLA and optimize GM's business opportunities.
  • Improve internal control and processes for better customer or staff experience, increase productivity, and eliminate redundant processes.
  • Execute management action plans and address areas of improvement for BNM, MAS, other Regulatory and Internal Audit findings.
Requirements
  • Passionate about Automation, Digitalisation, and Generative AI.
  • 3-5 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Proven experience with UiPath or any other RPA software.
  • Proficiency in MySQL and Excel VBA.
  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS for front-end development.
