Key Responsibilities:

As a Executive in Customer Service, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to achieve customer satisfaction. This includes attending to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating unresolved matters to the Team Manager or Service Manager for resolution. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of all call information and provide personalized service by cross-selling and up-selling products and services that meet customer needs.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in English and Malay, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds. They should also be patient, confident, and able to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously. Basic PC knowledge and a willingness to work on shifts during weekdays, weekends, and public holidays are essential.
