We are currently seeking a Customer Service Executive to join DHL eCommerce Malaysia
The role of the Customer Service Executive is crucial in delivering exceptional service to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing professional and responsive customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Management- Act as the primary contact for customers and collaborate with vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist customers in resolving issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Enhance customer experience through delivering professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Promote process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency within the organization.
- Coordinate shipment pick-ups and exceptions efficiently.
- Provide timely updates on shipment tracking status to customers.
- Manage complaints and claims compensation in a professional and courteous manner.
