Frontline Customer Service Specialist

Job Overview
Nirvana Asia is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Frontline Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell rooms to guests without reservations and anticipate sold-out situations.
- Block rooms in the computer and identify designated requirements.
- Perform duplicate reservation checks and run daily reports/contingency lists.
- Supply guests with directions and information and answer guest requests, questions, or concerns.
- Arrange transportation for guests/visitors and issue safe deposit boxes.
- Cash-guests' checks, process all payment types, vouchers, paid-outs, charges, and provide change.
- Assist management in motivating and coaching employees and serve as a departmental role model.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
