Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by creating outstanding shopping experiences.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products, including features and styling options, to effectively assist customers.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets by engaging with customers and recommending suitable products.
  • Manage inventory levels through conducting inventory counts and maintaining clear records.
  • Ensure stores are impeccably maintained, with visual displays reflecting the brand's image and current promotions.
  • Able to commit to retail hours.

Qualifications:

  • SPM Level and above.
  • Sales experience preferably in the jewellery industry or luxury brands.
  • Passion for luxury products and keen sense of style.
  • Presentable, pleasant with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Multilingual to cater to diverse clienteles.
