Key Activities:

  • Analyzing business needs and documenting client requirements into APAC and Aon agreed standard requirement templates.
  • Providing clear guidance and solutions to clients on the functionality, terminology, and standard operating procedures which accurately reflect the service delivery and technical capacities of the system.
  • Working on ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives to improve productivity and deliver critical solutions locally, regionally & globally.

Competencies:

  • Proficiency in analysing business challenges, making recommendations or proposals, and resolving complex issues.
