Key Responsibilities
  • Assist line manager in planning, supervising, and monitoring the execution of on-ground projects to drive activation and day-to-day operations.
  • Execute events/projects which include idea generation, preparing proposals, coordinating with suppliers to ensure smooth operation.
  • Manage project deadlines and necessary deliverables to ensure they are met.
  • Nurture accounts and strategize ways to build new opportunities.
  • Liaise closely with creative designers on marketing materials and artworks in various campaigns.
  • Work closely with various internal and external parties to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Requirements
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently, mature in thinking, pro-active and willing to take challenges.
  • Organizational skills to manage, analyze and present ample amount of information.
