About the Role

This position is responsible for driving business growth through effective channel sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute commercial plans to ensure indirect versus direct coverage is defined and executed in the region.

  • Validate Channel Orders on a monthly basis to guarantee accuracy.

  • Optimize the channel portfolio for renewals and terminations to maximize revenue potential.

  • Leverage synergies across the channel portfolio to drive return on investment.

  • Collaborate with Business Unit Global Commercial Leaders and Regional Sales Directors to refine coverage strategy in each region.

  • Foster relationships with strategic Channel Partners to drive business growth.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 8 years of sales or commercial experience with increasing scope and responsibility.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide technical support to customers/channel partners.

  • Skill in performing market and client trend analysis.

  • A motivated self-starter that promotes teamwork and collaboration in a cross-functional environment.
