Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead our sales and strategic development initiatives.

About the Role:
  • Sales Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retailers, and partners.
  • Strategic Development: Identify new market opportunities, business models, and partnerships to drive growth. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions. Develop and implement business plans that align with the company's long-term objectives.
  • Channel Management: Oversee distribution channels and ensure optimal performance across all sales channels. Negotiate and manage agreements with suppliers, vendors, and key accounts. Monitor and optimize pricing strategies and product mix to maximize profitability.
  • Performance Analytics: Set KPIs for the sales team and regularly evaluate performance against targets. Provide detailed sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management. Utilize data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and improve operational efficiency.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment of goals. Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve customer experience and operational excellence.
