Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Targeting and engaging new clients
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients
- Delivering presentations, negotiating terms, and closing sales to meet targets
- Identifying new opportunities and generating leads through various channels
- Providing after-sales support and ensuring client satisfaction for repeat business
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have at least 2-3 years of outdoor sales experience, preferably in the vehicle spare parts industry. Your strong negotiation and selling skills, combined with your excellent communication skills in Mandarin and basic English, will enable you to build strong relationships with clients and drive business growth. You will also need to be willing to travel and work flexible hours to meet the demands of the role.
Benefits:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from RM 3,000.00 – RM 4,000.00 per month, plus commission entitlement (RM 2,000.00 – RM 8,000.00/month), car allowances, petrol, toll, and parking claimable. Other benefits include annual leave, medical claims, performance bonus, EPF, Socso, and EIS contribution.
